Aman Arora is an Associate Partner at Desai & Diwanji’s Mumbai office.

He has extensive experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters, and regularly advises a diverse client base comprising multinational corporations, listed entities, investment funds, and private clients. Aman focuses on complex disputes before the Supreme Court, various High Courts and District Courts, as well as specialized tribunals such as the National Company Law Tribunal, the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, and their respective appellate forums. He is also well-versed in both ad hoc and institutional arbitration proceedings.

His litigation practice spans a wide range of matters including infrastructure and EPC contract claims, real estate development, insolvency proceedings, contractual breaches & enforcement, consumer rights, commercial fraud, IP infringement, and white-collar crime.
